Intro
The UVERA Aurora Shipping System explored how a digital platform could support hybrid teams in managing inventory, shipping, and collaboration more clearly.
The challenge was to turn a complex operational process into a more intuitive and manageable user experience.
Instead of treating the platform as a simple inventory tool, we approached it as a workflow system where different users needed to track, request, manage, and coordinate actions without losing clarity.
The project focused on understanding user roles, daily scenarios, decision points, and friction within the existing process.
The goal was to create a digital experience that made the system feel more structured, transparent, and easy to use for teams working across different locations.
My Contributions
